The service

LearnersVoyage is a practice-management platform for literacy and education professionals — scheduling, session documentation, skills and assessment tracking, family billing, and related tools. It is currently in private beta.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. Each subscription covers a single practice organization.

Your data

You own the data in your practice. You can export or delete it on request. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Trials do not require a credit card. The subscription rate in effect when you sign up remains your rate for the life of that subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly in your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no unlawful content, no attempts to access other practices' data, no disruption of the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Beta terms

During beta, the service is provided "as is" while features evolve. We'll communicate material changes in advance and won't change your founding rate or remove your data without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LearnersVoyage's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
