How family sign-in works
The short version: your sign-in link comes from your child's practice, not from this page.
You sign in through your practice's own link
Every practice on LearnersVoyage has its own private web address —
something like sunrisereading.learnersvoyage.com. That's
where your parent portal lives. There is no single "parent login"
page for the whole platform, so you'll always start from your
practice's link.
Getting your link
- Check your invite email. When your practice adds you, LearnersVoyage sends an invitation containing your personal sign-in link. Search your inbox for "LearnersVoyage".
- Bookmark it. Once the portal opens, save the address — that's your permanent way back in.
- Can't find the invite? Ask your practitioner to resend it, or check spam/junk folders first.
Once you're in
The portal shows your learner's upcoming schedule, session notes and skill progress your practitioner chooses to share, invoices and online payment, and digital consent forms — no app to install.
Trouble signing in?
- Wrong link? Signing in at another practice's address won't find your account — use the exact link from your invite.
- Link expired? Invite links are time-limited for security; your practice can send a fresh one in seconds.
- Still stuck? Your practitioner can confirm the email on file and resend — they're your fastest path back in.
